As D365 F&SC consultant, here are a few key things that I actively pursue:

  • Listen and ask good questions - Aim to understand the client's needs and use innovative thinking to assist them in achieving their business objectives.

  • Collaborate - Ensure that the client feels heard, safe, and valued in order to encourage authentic communication and the sharing of diverse ideas by the collaborative team.

  • Begin with the end in mind – communicate and review the business goals regularly, talk about the big picture.

  • Create a win-win environment – With the client it is not an “us vs. them.” We are all on the same team and there is enough for everyone to win and be fulfilled in the work that is being done.

  • Mitigate Risk through continuous clear communication across everyone on the project (including other lines of business), deliver quality service, and address potential issues before they are issues.

My Mission

As a technology professional, I am deeply passionate about my work and recognize its significance. I value understanding the underlying reasons behind what I do and appreciate the dedication and consideration shown by others. I am committed to contributing positively and supporting my community.   

My Background

Throughout the years, I have worked with over 100 customers across 15+ countries and have learned how to communicate​ with the top executives, department managers, and warehouse clerks.  I have traveled internationally, working with each Customer’s IT/IS organizations on projects.  I have developed an external focus of how the marketplace relies on technology to help automate and streamline manufacturing and have been responsible for business assessments for ERP implementation projects. As part of the evaluation, I worked with customers to develop continuous improvement plans. These plans include new ways to cut costs, lean manufacturing processes, and increase output through business planning.

My Experience

My team won the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in 2023! Winning a Microsoft award for a complex international EPR project is a success to celebrate! However, this win is one of many successful projects that I have led over the past 15+ years. With implementations across 15+ countries, I’ve learned that the key to success is building long term relationships and being your first-choice advisor by continuously adding value, mitigating risk, and keeping the big picture in mind.

 

In January of 2024, I was nominated for Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) by a 10x MVP in the Netherlands.  I was awarded a prestigious MVP title in May 2024 and again in 2025. I have a large international following across 155+ countries and I share free Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain (D365 F&SCM) tips on social media.  Please check out my website at www.aliciamvp.com.

 

I’m currently working as a pre-sales engineer for North America sales at RSM. RSM is considered a top-rated Microsoft partner. In 2024, RSM was recognized as a finalist in five categories of the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards, which is a prestigious global recognition. These categories included:

I have managed multiple teams and participated in 50+ Full Life Cycle Implementations and have overseen an additional 30+ Microsoft Dynamics D365F&SC implementations. Throughout my career, I have earned a reputation industry-wide for my solution expertise, project skills and ability to deliver the highest value to clients and companies. I excel at building teams that exceed client expectations while formulating suitable and flexible solutions that enhance the overall impact of the business.

 

I have gained insight into global and diverse teams including Canada, Turkey, Mexico, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, England, Wales, and many US sites.  I have also worked directly with programmers to design new software programs/reports/data mining enhancements to meet the needs of the customer base.
