Tip of the Day: In Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Change (D365 F&SC), in Cost Management or in Released Products, have you tried to run the ‘Calculate Item Cost’ (also known as a BOM calculation) and received the warning “The Cost Price is Zero.” You’re sure the items on your Bill of Material (BOM) has cost. So, there is no reason the calculated cost should be zero, but it is? Yes, I’ve been puzzled over this too.
