He focuses on designing, building, and scaling intelligent, agent‑based experiences, working closely with engineering, data science, and applied science teams to bring practical AI innovations to customers.
With over 13 years of experience across product strategy, enterprise platforms, and business applications, Ajit has worked at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business impact. He is particularly passionate about AI adoption, enablement, and feedback‑driven product development, and he enjoys collaborating with partners, customers, and internal teams to turn complex capabilities into meaningful outcomes.
The Expense Agent is an AI powered capability in Dynamics 365 that automates key steps in expense management—saving employees time and improving reporting accuracy. It analyzes receipts, extracts details, auto matches them with transactions, and can itemize complex receipts such as hotel stays. The agent can also generate expense reports on a scheduled basis and surface them to users for quick review and submission through Microsoft Teams or finance and operations apps.
Now with the D365 Agent Deployment tool, setting up an Expense Agent is going to be much simpler, streamlined - dramatically reducing the effort and time needed to enable them.
