Hylke began his journey with AX in 2006. Since then, he followed the evolution from Axapta to AX to the current Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) ecosystem.
Currently he works as Trainer & Consultant for Mprise in The Netherlands. In this role he delivers training (programs) and consultancy for D365FO and AX. He has a main focus on Finance but is experienced in many other processes that are supported by this Dynamics business software. Hylke is a strong project-based worker and analytical thinker who works full of enthusiasm for his clients.
In addition to his professional work, Hylke frequently shares insights about D365FO functionalities on LinkedIn. In recognition of his contributions, Microsoft granted him the MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) award in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Also, in 2024 he received the 'ERP Top voice' badge from LinkedIn.
